1 on 1, in person, my full attention on you. Build strength, lose weight, and gain confidence safely and efficiently with our classic personal training. We bring the workout to you. ($95)

Semi-Private Training
Personal training with up to 5 people. The same great workouts with personal training, just with attention shared to watch and cue all participants. Please inquire about available times. ($45/person)

Online Training
For those who want to work with Steve but live outside of the area. Build strength, lose weight, and gain confidence safely and efficiently with a variety of tools to exceed your fitness expectations. Introductory Consultation, Workout Program, Nutrition Guidance and Check-Ins included with our online training to keep you on track with your goals. (Price Varies)

Hybrid Training
A combination of Classic Personal Training and Online Training. 1x-2x a week 1 on 1 training with a custom workout template for the days we don’t meet. Includes introductory consultation & nutritional guide. For those who want to smash their goals in the quickest amount of time. Available in person and online via Zoom sessions. (1 session/week $499/month) (2 sessions/week $949 month)

Fitness Consultation
Do you have a bunch of fitness questions or just want to learn some different techniques and exercises? The Fitness Consultation is a 1 on 1 meeting where we will discuss your fitness goals, strategize the best way to get you to your goals, and go over anything and everything fitness. For those just looking for a bit of guidance and/or encouragement. Includes a 12 week “Build Strength & Lose Weight” workout program. ( 30 minutes/$149).
