Lose 5 lbs in 1 week

  3. No eating 3 hours before bed. Easier said than done right?! This one makes the biggest difference for me and if you were to pick one of these tips to lose weight fast I’d choose this one. Eating before bed causes a disruption to your circadian rhythm leading to you potentially feeling groggy the next day and also doesn’t allow you enough time to digest your food which can lead to acid reflux, intestinal discomfort, and feeling bloated.
